Day: 1
Route Details: 2 Hours Drive, 1-2 Hours Jeep Ride & 3-4 Hours Trekking
Description:
We will welcome and pick up our guests from Gilgit Airport and begin our journey towards Raikot Bridge. From there, we will take a jeep ride to Tattu Village, arriving in 1-2 hours. We will then embark on a 3-4 hour trek through dense forest to reach Fairy Meadows. Upon arrival, we will take some time to explore and appreciate the beauty of Fairy Meadows.
Day: 2
Route Details: 3-4 Hour Trekking
Description:
Today, we will embark on a 3-4 hour trek to reach Beyal Camp, where we will be treated to stunning views of Nanga Parbat (8,126m). After the excursion, we will visit the nearby village for a few hours before returning to our cottages for an overnight stay.
Day: 3
Route Details: 2-3 Hours Trekking, 1-2 Hours Jeep Ride and 4-5 Hours Drive
Description:
After breakfast today, we will begin our journey towards Hunza. First, we will trek to Tattu Village, reaching the jeep point in 2-3 hours. From there, we will take a jeep to Raikot Bridge, arriving in 1-2 hours. We will then continue our journey to Hunza, with brief stops at the 3 Mountain Junction and Rakaposhi viewpoint. By evening, we will reach Hunza and check into the hotel.
Day: 4
Route Details: 2-3 Hours Drive
Description:
After breakfast, we will visit Baltit Fort (founded in the 8th century CE) and Karimabad Bazar in the morning. Next, we will explore Altit Fort, an ancient fortress located in Altit town, Hunza. In the evening, we will head to Duikar, also known as Eagle’s Nest, which boasts the highest altitude of 10,000 feet in Hunza, to witness a breathtaking sunset. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day: 5
Route Details: 7-8 Hours Drive
Description:
Today, we will begin our journey towards the Pak-China border at Khunjerab Pass (4,693 meters or 15,397 feet high). Along the way, we will visit Attabad Lake, the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Passu Cones, and Sust Dry Port. After a full day of exploration, we will return to Hunza and check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day: 6
Route Details: 6-7 Hours Drive
Description:
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will begin our journey towards Skardu, which is approximately 300 km from Hunza. The Skardu-Hunza Road offers breathtaking landscapes with the Indus River on one side, making for an exciting drive. We will make brief stops at some scenic points, such as Astak Nala. We expect to reach Skardu in 6-7 hours, where we will check into the hotel.
Day: 7
Route Details: 1-2 Hour Drive
Description:
On this day, we will visit Lower Kachura (Shangrila Lake) and Upper Kachura Lake. After spending some time at both lakes, we will proceed to Soq Valley and explore it for a while. After the excursion, we will head back to Skardu for an overnight stay.
Day: 8
Route Details: 2-3 Hour Drive
Description:
After breakfast, we will begin our journey towards Shigar Valley, which is about 1-2 hours away from Skardu. We will visit the beautiful Blind Lake and Shigar Fort for a while before heading to the Cold Desert to explore its unique landscape. After the excursion, we will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day: 9
Route Details: 5-6 Hour Drive
Description:
IF DEOSAI OPEN
We will take a 4×4 to visit Deosai, the second highest plateau in the world. On the way, we will stop at Sadpara Lake and then visit Deosai Top and Sheosar Lake for a while. After the excursion, we will head back to Skardu for an overnight stay.
IF DEOSAI CLOSE
After breakfast, we will head towards Katpana. We will visit and explore Katpana Lake and the Katpana Desert for a while. After the excursion, we will move towards Sadpara Lake and explore it as well. Finally, we will return to Skardu for an overnight stay.
Day: 10
Route Details: 30 Minutes Drive
Description:
Today, we will pick up our guests from the hotel and transfer them to Skardu Airport for their flight, marking the end of this beautiful tour.
